Reiki is an ancient practice of spiritual healing that involves the channeling
of the Universal Life Force. It is non-denominational and non-invasive.
A Reiki session normally produces profound relaxation, stress reduction,
a balancing of the energy fields and chakras, and possible healing at the
spiritual level. The results of a Reiki session cannot be guaranteed, since
the recipient must be willing to accept the Universal Life Force. Any discussion
with the Reiki Practitioner is strictly confidential. A Reiki session does
not interfere with standard medical practices. Spiritual counseling may
be a part of a Reiki session before, during or after the session. The recipient
of a Reiki session is fully responsible for his or her own well being and
for seeking out appropriate professional medical care.
A Reiki session is not a substitute
for professional medical treatment.
